Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Accountability: Manage the production team and subcontractors, ensuring efficient execution of all tasks and meeting company standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Communicate proactively with customers, the sales team, and management to keep everyone informed and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
• Production Management: Organize and monitor the production schedule, submit work orders, and make sure materials and installers are on track.
• Process & Pipeline Management: Oversee daily project updates, manage whiteboards, and ensure all subcontractor paperwork is processed and submitted.
• Jobsite Safety & Branding: Ensure safety protocols are in place and job sites are properly branded.
• Team Development & Meetings: Lead weekly production meetings, provide training, and support team members to ensure operational success.
• Warehouse & Inventory: Manage inventory and ensure materials are stocked to meet project requirements.

Experience Requirements

• Ideal Candidate:
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and operations.
• Experience: Background in the home improvement or construction industry, with a deep understanding of project management and production schedules.
• Customer-Focused: A proactive communicator with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities while ensuring smooth operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools, inventory systems, and other software to keep projects on track and efficient.
• Safety & Quality-Minded: Committed to maintaining safety standards and ensuring the highest quality of work at every stage.
